Morrillbräu is a delicate pale lager, designed to showcase a grain bill of nearly 100% locally grown barley. A gentle floral aroma from the German Noble Hop, Spalt, gives way to a light cracker malt flavor. With a light body, this New Hampshire Landbier finishes dry with a faint spice note. Each pint contains 4 square feet of barley from Morrill Farms in Concord, NH, malted by Valley Malt in Holyoke, MA.

Murky yellow pour with a white head, lacing abounds. Aromas of pale hops dotting bready yeast, cracker, dry grain, lemon peel and grass. Taste adds minor lime peel. Feel is frothy, pale, yeasty but has good crispness to the medium body. A stunningly good pale lager

Labeled as a New Hampshire landbier - on tap at the brewery! Enjoyed on the Mill St Kitchen deck! Great second beer after Erastus with falafel.

This one pours a pale yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells crackery and spicy, with some bread dough and floral notes.

This is just a simple, rustic, and delicate pale lager, and everything comes together nicely. It’s lightly floral with just a hint of spicy hop character to it, with a nice doughy and crackery malt note to it. There’s a sort of rustic like wheat cracker thing to this that I really dig.

This is pretty light bodied, but clean, crisp, and super drinkable.

I just love these rustic and simple pale lagers that Schilling really excels at.
