Inspired by a late 1800s recipe from brewmaster Paul Kaiser, this dark lager pours a light mahogany with a fine, lasting head. Honey, toasted bread, and cocoa nibs balanced by soft floral hops.

Can from the Packie
Pours a lightly hazy deep gold bordering on copper with a small bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Bready toasty with honey notes and some light floral hops. They call it a Pre Prohibition Dunkel but its closer to an amber lager than a Munich Dunkel. Pretty tasty though.
