Brewed in collaboration with our friends at the historic Eggenberg Brewery in Austria. Unfiltered golden hue with a crackery malt character. Sourdough and lemon zest mixed with a classic floral herbaceousness derived from hops brought over by the Eggenberg team from the Mühlviertel region of Austria.

Clear golden liquid , active microcarbonation streams, capped by a soapy white one finger foam cap , settles to a layer with spotty lacings
Aroma is malts, hint of lemon
Taste is crackery , sourdough bread, hint of lemon ,
Mouthfeel is quenching, refreshing, semi dry finish, gentle hop nibble
Good beer

Can. Pale CLEAR gold with nice head. Grassy earthy slightly musty aroma. Medium-Light crackery malt with very earthy long bitterness. Very light body and surprisingly soft mouthfeel for style. Meh. Not my style I guess.

Can from the Packie
Brilliant light gold with a frothy bone white head that persists. Bready light cracker and faint lemon with floral earthy hops to counter. Crisp easy to drink.
