This one pours a light golden yellowish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells nicely floral and grassy, with lemon and almost like a white wine minerality.
This is really excellent – I’m not entirely sure what a Belgian style pils entails, and what makes something like this or Stella different from a German or Czech pils. Whatever’s going on here, I dig it, though. There’s a floral and sort of mineral water, almost like a ghostly white wine vibe here, with lemon rind, and a touch of crackery malt.
This is light bodied, and super crisp, and very drinkable.
Schilling is one of the small handful of breweries out there that I would try basically every beer from them.
