Can into Nucleated Pilsner Glass (Canned
Look: Cloudy, straw yellow body, pouring a half finger, somewhat frizzy-frothy head. Dissipated rather quickly to just a few whisps
Smell: Lemon, yeasty funk, wheat bread, and some grassy hops. Medium strength
Taste: Bright lemon, and pale bready malt with some yeast. Lightly bitter grassy hops. This fades way leaving a lemon zest quickly leads to a lingering lightly toasted wheat bread
Feel: Moderate carbonation, Light-medium body, silky texture
Overall: Amazing beer. The addition of extra hops adds a touch of extra complexity.
