It pours very slightly hazy straw gold color with an inch of pure white foam. The head falls to a nice cap with a few islands and respectable lacing.

It's got a bready smell with just a bit of toast and slight sweetness. Lots of floral and grassy hops, a little spice. Quite earthy. A hint of citrus.

The flavor follows with doughy bready malts in the forefront along with some sweetness. It's well-hopped. Grassy and floral flavors aplenty accompanied by a mild lemon taste and a bit of a peppery kick at the finish. Less earthy than the aroma suggested. Balanced bitterness.

The feel is on the lower edge of medium and it's soft. Medium dry on the finish. Middle of the road carbonation.

Well - a 3.1% brew with plenty of flavor. Nicely done here. Obviously highly drinkable. Surprisingly flavorful and the Saaz hops really shine.

Clear golden body underneath the eggshell white head. Smells of grainy bread with white grape and lime hops, slight phenols. Taste features white grape and kiwi hops, grains, very short lived yeast, and floral tones. Feel is bright and hopped with smooth malt and sharper yeast, light and easy. Definitely new world with the zippy and fruit hop tones, but well made in the style nonetheless

This one pours a golden yellowish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells really crackery and biscuity, with some light peppery hops to it.

This is definitely very lightly flavored – given the ABV, that’s not surprising. There’s a wisp of peppery and spicy hop character, with a grainy and crackery malt backbone. There’s no off-flavors at all, and the lightness of this can certainly be forgiven when remembering that this is 3.1% ABV.

This is very light bodied, but super crisp and clean, and super drinkable.

Schilling is one of the very few breweries that I would trust to make something this low ABV, and make it well.

Can into Nucleated Pilsner

Look: Clear golden yellow, pouring a white, two finger head which quickly dissipated into a thin cap with sheeting.

Smell: Crackery malt, grassy hops, and a earthy yeast tone. Hint of lemon zest, maybe pine. weak nose

Taste: Very mellow crackery malt, touch of toasted wheat, some earthy yeast pokes out. The swallow carries that earthiness, but some grassy hops with a very tiny hint of resin and black pepper. Lemon is present faintly throughout

Feel: Medium body, light-medium carbonation, and a smooth finish

Overall: Very full bodied beer and flavorful given the abv. Easy drinker that I enjoyed

Clear, golden color. Big, good-looking, white head. Bread and grassy Saaz hops dominate the aroma. Light, crisp, and easy to drink. Surprisingly flavourful for a beer with low ABV.

Picked up a can while volunteering at the Eighth State festival on 7-27-24. Canned 7-5-24; consumed 10-3-24.

Beer poured gold with a near-perfect white head.

Nose is nice, getting a nice blend of crackers and white bread.

Taste is spot on as the crackers and white bread provides a lovely flavor base for the Saaz hops to balance the malt base and give a good dose of black pepper that lets you know you are drinking a Czech brew.

Mouthfeel is definitely refreshing after attending to the lawn for the last two hours. Getting a light feel that leans heavier surprisingly. Finish is clean.

Overall, a wonderful refreshing small package of beer, awesome job by the brewing team!

A nice little beer with a low ABV but a crisp and pleasant taste. I call it Baby Palmovka. Had it on tap at the brewery and from a can bought in a beer store.

A medium golden color, a bright and happy grassy aroma, a very elegant noble hop profile.

All around a pleasant pale lager!
