Brewed for Bavaria’s festival season, G’Suffa! is a strikingly clear golden lager modeled after those served in Munich during Oktoberfest. Bready malts and light floral hop notes define this specialty lager. Raise a glass and say it with us: “Oans, zwoa, drei, g’suffa!”

A pint can poured into a beer glass.
Pale straw, high clarity, splotchy rings of lacing down the glass.
Malty nose. Toasted malt and caramel malt flavor is pleasant. The hops flavor seems to combine with the carbonation and lays sharp on the tongue on the front end, a little peppery, but enjoyable on the backside. The bitterness stands up well, the finish leaves a faint malt flavor on the palate.

Can into Pint Glass
Look: Clear yellow-gold, pouring a 1 finger head which quickly dissipated into a thin cap. Not much lacing here
Smell: Got a nice lightly toasted bready malt, touch sweet, and some herbally/floral hops in there as well. Medium strength
Taste: Lightly sweat maltiness, touch of caramel in there. Swallow brings those floral hops, caring some toasted malt.
Feel: med-light body, moderate carbonation, and crisp finish
Overall: Overall a good festbier I would drink again.

From the pint can, it pours a clear light yellow-golden color with a very nice white head that slowly reduces and leaves some lacing. The nose gets a pleasant maltiness with very light grassy notes, followed by the mouth getting a pleasantly sweetish malt brew with a mild slightly sweet aftertaste.

I think this is a fantastic beer.
Beautiful clear gold body with a fading stark white head. I only knocked a few points off due to the lack of lacing, but no big deal.
A little bit of sweetness lingers, but there's enough hops to even things out.
This is one of my new favorite domestic Festbiers. Well done.

This guy pours a crystal clear straw yellow, brief 0.75" head that fades to a solid coaster of foam, light lacing. Nose is light malt (corn, sweet grain) with very little hop presence. Taste follows - lightly sweet malts followed by a subtle grain expression. Maybe some floral elements as well - think almost an herbal tea in terms of lightly sweet, floral taste. Feel is soft, light carbonation. Overall, this was fine, but think it could be improved by dialing back the sweetness and having a crisper mouthfeel. Certainly had higher expectations from these folks.
