Sessionable and effervescent, this progressive variation of traditionally tart wheat ale is brewed with gentle salinity, fermented with our house culture, and balanced with raspberries.

A nice well crafted Traditional style Gose with subtle touch of raspberries. Grain malts shine in the background and subtle tartness, with easy identification of the salt and coriander as well.

Canned 9/10/20
Pours a giant frothy pinkish head with good retention, hits almost 3 fingers before I have to stop, little whispy lacing, semi clear slight hazy orange-golden-tan color

Nose brings quite a bit of juicy raspberry up front but also plenty of the gose under, little creamy lacto yogurt funk, creamy doughy wheat, some raspberry seed tannin notes,

Taste again brings a nice mix of raspberry and gose, with the gose up front this time, creamy wheat, a bit of tartness with more lacto creamy yogurt funk, quite creamy in general with some lager-like softness, light floral spice notes but not much, as well as a hint of salt late, fair juicy raspberry in the middle and esp on the back end, gets a bit more tart and flemmy on the finish as well as bready dry

Mouth is med to lighter bod, higher foamy carb, little acidic tartness and mild flemmy

Overall solid beer, nice gose as expected with enough raspberry to really experience it without it overpowering

Poured into a pokal glass, the appearance had a light pink to clear yellow color to it. A swiftly falling finger and a half's worth of white foamy head barely left any lace.
The aroma had a nice balance of lactic acidic tart to sour wheaty funk. Some bleu cheese and then sweet, tart and sour red raspberries.
The flavor moderately leaned towards the sour and funky portions. Subtle floral character played with the sweetness and sour-ness of the red raspberries. Quick semi-acidic raspberry to funky aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. Mildly finishes with some raspberries and sour wheat, touch of salt.
Overall, I liked this one mainly for me however, there's a bunch of aspects I believe need to be changed around for this to be a true gose. Still, I'd come back to.

Canned on 4/9/19

Pours a clear rosé pink topped with a short, bone-white head; quick retention with no lacing left behind; a thin, frothy collar is all that remains.

Aroma brings a healthy dose of wheat, salted sweet dough, and wisps of raspberries packed tightly together; clean and fruity with just a touch of salt, every element finds a comfortable spot in the bouquet.

Taste has faint raspberry from the start, building to a mild salinity and some coriander along the mid-palate to a strong hit of dense wheat coming through more on the finish; tame mingling of tart and salty tones to go with what culminates as a straightforward but rounded profile.

Mouthfeel presents a light body with a touch of wheaty heft and minor carbonation; balanced tartness, hugely refreshing with minimal burden on the palate dry; delicate salinity relegated mostly to a background role; drying, ultra-crisp finish with a good weight to it.

Well-built gose with balance all-around, but the raspberries only appear fleetingly, leaving the sturdy base to mostly fend for itself; it does mostly work as a whole overall, and even at its most basic level is exceedingly refreshing.

Poured from a 32 oz crowler filled at the brewery.

Pours a hazy peach color with 3 fingers of fluffy off-white head. The head has excellent retention, leaving lots of sticky cobwebs of lacing before settling into a foamy blanket.

The aroma brings notes of tart lemon, raspberries, coriander, and bready malt.

The flavor is full of raspberries, lemon zest, coriander and sweet dough with a finish of sea salt.

The feel is light bodied with good carbonation. Crisp and refreshing. Mildly tart with modest salinity.

Overall, a very good gose that is tart yet full of sweet fruit flavor and balanced by a solid malt backbone.
