Our Ur-weisse (traditional Bavarian wheat beer) has been brewed for our anniversary Fest. Ima boasts a slightly more rustic malt profile than our lighter-colored Hefeweizen beers, but still features the complex flavors produced by our Bavarian Hefeweizen yeast: restrained banana, clove, and vanilla notes. The finish of this Bavarian specialty is dry and malty.

L: Like a typical dunkelweiss, orange/tan color, hazy, nice soapy head
S: Wheat, bread, dough, yeast, a little ester banana
T: Fair amount of phenol, the wheat is nice as well, providing bready flavor. Sweet but simultaneously spicy on the finish, nice balance.
F: Easy to drink, smooth, though a touch crispy on the tongue, body is full but not heavy
O: Pretty good wheat beer

Look - tannish golden color, hazy as expected, with slight lacing
Smell - very slight banana clove, lacking much aroma
Taste - hint of banana with wheat
Feel - medium body with a medium light carbonation
Overall - could use more aroma and taste
