Crisp with a firm bitterness, light tartness from the yeast and layers of citrus from Lemondrop hops. Dry, refreshing and tailor-made for your outdoor summer pursuits, from the biergarten to the trail.

Can from Bert's
Brilliantly clear dark straw color with a thin short lasting tightly bubbled white head. Spicy and cereal and light floral on the nose. Flavor is spicy fruity lightly tart with a hint of oxidation. Not much in the way of malt character and not as clean as a lager should be.

Poured into a lager glass, the appearance was a pure transparent yellow color with a super small white foamy head swiftly falling off and didn't leave any lace. No carbonation was seen rising at all.
The aroma carried sweet honey-ed biscuits into some smooth citrusy to grassy hops. Even lighter on the back end came some floral hoppiness.
The flavor was well balanced melding the honey-ed biscuits, citrusy, grassy hops and the floral hops - all coming together quite nice. Smooth aftertaste of honey-ed biscuits, floral hops and a super light kiss of grassy hops.
The mouthfeel was about light bodied, perhaps a bit higher towards medium. Carbonation seemed a bit under than what was expected, I mean this beer wasn't cloying but everything seemed good for the most part. Finish was all about the honey-ed biscuits. I'd have this beer again and it would pair very nicely with a fair amount of different foods.
