Sessionable and effervescent, this progressive variation of traditionally tart wheat ale is brewed with gentle salinity, fermented with our house culture, and balanced by the subtle notes of plum, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a stemmed tulip glass.
Pours a hazy yellow color with a finger of fluffy white head. The head leaves a crown of lacing as it settles into a thin sheet.
The aroma brings notes of tart citrus, plum and fig, as well as some vanilla.
The flavor brings notes of lemon zest and sea salt before a wave of fresh plums and cinnamon. Finishes with some wheat and vanilla.
The feel is medium-light bodied with good carbonation. Relatively smooth and creamy with a dry finish.
Overall, a good Gose that is both unique and flavorful. It's definitely not what you might expect from the style, but it's drinkable and comes exactly as advertised.
