Can to becher pint glass.
The appearance was a nice looking dark orange almost copper color capped by a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head. Lovely dissipation left some soapy lace trying to cling to the glass.
The aroma had some grassy sweet hops punching at some web-based wheaty tones. Slight citrusy tones.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet side pulling together some of the wheaty character with toasted grains and some lemon notes. Semi-long bitter aftertaste of grassy and and a slight wheaty bite.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a decent sipping quality about it. Plenty of hop harshness dries out my tongue and ends up finishing with some grassy to wheaty graininess.
Overall, I usually love most offerings by this brewery but this one is only okay to me.
