Hazy amber orange pour on draft at the brewery.
The head is huge, white, and creamy, like my load. Leaves a splash of lacing along the glass as it settles into a thin ring.
The aroma is huge on peaches, funk, oak, and grass. Little bit of lemon zest in there.
The flavor is wonderfully tart, with notes of lemon, lactic acid, fresh peaches and barnyard funk. Earthy and grassy with a faint kiss of hops.
The feel is medium-light bodied with good carbonation. Refreshingly tart and crisp. Highly drinkable.
Overall, this is a fantastic saison that is tart, fruity, funky, and well-balanced. Drinkable as hell despite the higher ABV.
