A- 16oz can pours into a chalice with a moderately hazy straw gold body and a one finger head. The cap has a creamy and frothy texture. Good head retention and sheets of lacing form down the glass. Feel like this style is often clear but that doesn't bother me, personally.
S- Timid and mild aroma as one might expect in this style. Picking up on crackery pale base grains that suggest a bit of sweetness. A touch of pale fruits as well as a hint of spicy hops.
T- Well fermented lager which is subtle and allows the grains and hops to make up most of the flavor profile, clean. Hops are mild with spicy and floral hints. The grains again are crackery, slightly bready and pale and the beer overall has just a light sweetness.
MF- Light bodied and has a definite crispness to it. The carbonation is at a high level and the texture is foamy and puffy. Ends with a medium herbal bitterness. Mostly smooth but the carbonation does have a bit more of a bite to it than expected.
Pale grains and spicy hops layered on a mostly clean lager fermentation profile. Mild, simple and effective for this style.
