16 oz can into a pint glass.
Hazy burnt orange color with a large, fluffy white head. Leaves some sticky cobwebs before settling into a thin sheet.
The aroma brings plenty of raspberries, cherries and lactic acid with a fair amount of salinity. There's also some faint yeast and a touch of coriander on the back.
The flavor has cherries and raspberries, with a surprising amount of sea salt and coriander. Nice bready yeast character with some lactic acid.
The feel is light bodied with pretty good carbonation. Crisp and refreshingly tart. Nicely drinkable.
Overall, this is a very good fruited Gose that's exceptionally refreshing and easy to drink.
