Can date smudged, but I think it says 11/03/20, really excited to try this

Pours a smaller fizzy head with lower retention, but typical for a gose, a bit of lacing, hazy orange-golden-tan color

Nose brings a lot of the base gose, tart some funky creamy lacto yogurt notes, a bit of raw bread dough and doughy malt, a little coriander spice, some lemon as well, lemon meringue pie, and just a hint of blueberry

Taste again brings the base gose up front, tart acidity with lacto souring funk and yogurt, a touch of coriander in the background, and a hint of salt on the back end, but interestingly blueberry kicks in quickly, I'd say more like blueberry jam flavor, some lemon meringue pie again but not as much as the nose, a little creamy raw bread dough notes, drier finish and a touch of the bready doughy character from a typical gose or Berliner Weisse

Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, med-higher foamy carb, a bit of tart acidity

Overall pretty nice, I do like the combination of blueberry and lemon, and with the gose they gave some nice meringue pie notes, I also enjoy that this is still clearly a gose and the fruit is just to accompany it and add some nice character, although this is one of those few times I would have liked more of the fruit

16 oz can into a pilsener glass.

Pours a hazy golden straw color with a large, fluffy white head. The head leaves a plethora of cobweb lacing before settling into a thin sheet. Decent retention.

The aroma is grassy and herbal up front, followed by a wave of lemon, orange, and blueberries. Subtle wheat bread backbone with modest salinity.

The flavor is very herbal, with some more subtle floral notes. Tons of lemon and blueberries with a solid wheat grain character and mild lactic acid. Plenty of salinity from the sea salt throughout. Excellent.

The feel is medium-light bodied with lively, effervescent carbonation. Sharp and crisp with moderate sourness. Drinkable and highly refreshing. Perfect.

Overall, this is a truly exceptional fruited Gose. It comes exactly as advertised with the blueberries, lemon and sea salt, and brings all the notes you would expect from the style.
