Pours a slightly hazy yellow golden color with fizzy white head. Apricots, lots of apricots take over on the nose, little wheat and yeast in there too; follows onto the palate. Light bodied. Finishes with funk, apricot, and light tartness.

Had a snifter of this after sampling in a flight at the tap room. Appers to be a varient of the Saison De Blanc Vert.

It is an orange tinted hazy straw color with a whispy white head.

It smells like yeast, corriander, and lots of peachy fruit.

Tons and tons of apricot. Very natural tasting though. A little bit of sourness. The earthy/rustic mineral water and yeast flavors really start to shine the warmer it gets. A little bit of spicyness.

Crisp, but not over carbonated.
I really liked this one a lot.
