Poured from 16.9 oz bottle into tulip.
A: Pours a clear pale yellow hue with moderately active carbonation jets fueling a 1 inch white head with decent retention, gradually settling to a thin skim.
S: Citrusy funk a la brett, white pepper, white grape, and hints of melon and honey. Sour and sweet.
T: White grape juice, melon, and honey hit first, followed by sour citrus, funk, and white pepper.
M: Very light body. Lightly sweet with hints of sour and tart notes. Delicate feel. Refreshing.
D: An interesting brew to be sure. A very low ABV wild ale with a couple brett strains contributing. Glad I gave it a go.

Poured a golden hay color with a white thin head that disappeared quickly. Aromas of subtle peach and white grape juice with just slight note of vinegar and white wine. Taste start out with a bright punch of white grape juice and orange soda-like flavors with notes of white wine but then the flavors finishes quickly. Nicely tart and sweet. But unlike other beers, the flavors finish too quickly that it leaves me needing to take another sip. Carbonation is nice, very light bodied and thirst quenching. For a 4% beer, it definitely suited more for the warmer months. Its a nice beer, it does have the expected taste and body for a low ABV beer.

4.3 %abv on the label. Bought locally through Shelton Brothers. Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow, small but persistent head of foam. Great lacing. One of the biggest Brett noses I've ever encountered. Bit of hoppiness going on, same to be said for fruitiness. Nah, lemon lime thing is kinda major. Lemon lime and Brett tartness, not much more that I can say beyond that. Rather simple, very light bodied, carbonation is rather extreme. Good for a one off.

The beer nearly climbs out of the bottle when opened, but I was ready with a glass. Large billowing white head atop a slightly hazy pale gold beer. Nice scent of white pepper, hay and wheat. The flavor is more of the same peppery phenolics followed by mild fruitiness and wheat. Finishes with a cracking dry snap. Very enjoyable beer that I could drink all day long. Full flavored without being full of alcohol. Wonderfully done.
