Hoppy Mixed-Culture Table Saison. Although we fermented Stargazing with a mixed culture of wild yeast and bacteria, the defining characteristic of the beer is meant come from the harmonic combination of Brettanomyces and a generous dry hop of Hallertau Blanc, Rakau, and 2015 whole leaf Sterling. Inspired by the dry and yeast driven table beers of Belgium, we brewed Stargazing with our friends from Cloudwater Brewing out of Manchester, UK.
