A: Pours a lightly hazy pale to medium golden apricot in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale golden yellow + pale orange + peach colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense fizzy foamy bright white head that reduces to a handful of small patches of medium thick film surrounded by a medium to large patch of thin film covering a little more than 60% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of slightly sour wheat + pale malts with minimal amounts of sweetness and a moderate amount of tart lacto lemon citrus. Light to moderate aromas of white wine/vinous white grapes and a very light aroma of oak barrel. Light aromas of earthy funkiness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of slightly sour wheat + pale malts with minimal amounts of sweetness and a moderate amount of tart lacto lemon citrus. That is followed by light flavors of earthy funkiness and light to moderate flavors of white wine/vinous white grapes. Finally there is a light flavor of oak barrel. Overall there is a light to moderate amount of tartness with a light amount of funkiness that lingers well through the finish.
M: Slightly heavier than light bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of acidic prickliness.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly refreshing + tart mouthfeel. Enjoyable with just enough funkiness and a pleasant amount of tartness. Really good and I could easily sip on this one all afternoon.
