12 oz can, looks like canned on 1/31/17(?). Pours slightly hazy yellow with a big fluffy white head that retains well and leaves some lacing.
The aroma is subdued - bready bubblegum malt with some spicy resiny piney hops.
The flavor is sweet bready malt with some fruit and earthy spicy piney hops with some harsh bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, bitter but the hops flavors were subdued.

Got this as an extra. Canned 12/23 so 2+ months old.
White head. Clear gold color.
Kind of bland and malty. Not very hoppy for my liking. A little sticky and resiny.

Drinking a can from Nov 2015
Still tastes great. Really nice carbonation and I'm not sure if it's due to the age of the can but I'm getting a little bit of grapefruit out of the hops. I've never had a single hop chinook before but it's pretty interesting. It feels more like a pale than an IPA but I'm not complaining. The hops still take a front seat but the malt is almost perfect - it doesn't dominate at all but compliments the beer in a really good way (not east coast or west coast - maybe station 26 is crafting a new malt profile haha). Very nice beer.

Light, golden colored body; lots of lively carbonation; thick, sticky, white head; lots of lacing along the glass. Fruity, floral aroma; berries and pine resin. Excellent blend of spicy and mellow malt character; light bread notes; grapefruit-like flavor midway through; zesty hop bitterness at the finish. Medium body; mild sting; primarily dry finish.
This is an excellent single-hop IPA. It delivers excellent, well-rounded balance and depth, highlighting the Chinook hops yet allowing the base malt to provide a very satisfying counterweight. A bold yet even-keeled IPA offering.

Initial impression: C+ / ABOVE AVERAGE
***
08/03/16 2nd impression from a can:
Clear pale copper body with an off-white frothy cap.
Aroma is floral. Pale malt sweetness seems rather light; this seems balanced if a bit timid. A light aroma.
TASTE: Floral hop character. Very light pale malt backbone. No overly sweet caramalt here, thankfully.
Texture is smooth, wet, somewhat refreshing, on the light side of medium-bodied, and well-carbonated.
Overall, it's a nice sessionable IPA without much depth or complexity. Certainly above average, but far from dazzling.

Juicy beer and worthy of a another purchase. Had the Citra IPA and thought highly of it as well. I'm keeping an eye out for Station 26. Keep 'em coming!
