L- Nice pale yellow with decent foam and surprising lace. Head is gone in a NY minute.
N- Fruity produce dept yeast with freshly baked white bread
T- Wow what is this fruit that first hits the palate? Apple? This is really not what I was expecting. A light honey note along with the mystery fruit and just a touch of the bread I smelled early on. Also not much in the hop dept. just a tad, yet balanced and not sweet in a corn adjunct way.
M- Light carbonation and body, slick and smooth, not crisp. On the verge of being cloying.
O- I am really impressed with this beer. I have had their IPAs and they are bold, this is like a summer walk in a park. Maybe a bit more crispness with the carbonation would be my nit.

Surprisingly champagne-like in appearance, which actually translates onto the palate (but not the nose). Tons of bubbles clinging to the glass; small head produced from a solid pour, quickly disappearing.

Very neutral aroma, but very pleasant and grainy. It's basically what Big Beer would smell like if it smelled good. Pale grains, grass, a bit of bark.

Flavor is a bit more complex than the nose, and pops more as well. There's a bit of an apple cider or pear to the profile, probably from the hops or yeast (or both). Very lively mouthfeel.

There isn't a whole lot to this beer: it's a straightforward lager. It's very well executed, however, and a real joy to drink. I'd gladly have this as an alternative to BMC AALs.

This is your average generic light lager. Great for hanging out on a really hot day, but not much to it overall. That's probably what they were going for, but it's not a style I really enjoy. Part of a mix pack, so I'll live with that.

Fine pale yellow body; head is rather thin yet sticky. Outstanding aroma, floral with a very discreet fruitiness. Well-balanced flavors; very mild and light cereal base with a nice hop bitterness. Light body; smooth and crisp with a bit of juicy wetness yet finishes dry overall.

A top-notch lager, balanced and very approachable with well-rounded flavor.

a very basic, but also very good can of lager, the latest in a can from these guys from what i gather, already showing up around town a little bit. its as fundamental as it gets, pale barley malt and lager yeast with a little bit of hops at the end, we have all tasted thousands of attempts at something like this, but this is one of the better ones, at least made locally here. its crisp when its cold, but its not that dry, which usually is a turn off for me, but the freshness allows some cool honey sweetness from the malt to flavor this a bit, and i think without it, it would be missing. lightly floral too later on, saphir hops from what i understand, not overly flavorful, but contributing the right amount of taste and bitterness for this, both mild, but it helps the beer stay balanced. the lager yeast is essentially flavorless, but it crisps this up nicely at the end, and works in service of the barley. sometimes less is more, and that is definitely the case here, i can even taste the water in it, which i kind of dig. i could drink these and watch football all day, and i may do that next weekend! we almost always get quality beer from these guys, even when its something simple like this, i enjoyed this real well.
