A true hop bomb. Depth Charge builds on a base of pale & wheat malt with a huge charge of Cryo Citra, Bravo, Idaho 7 and Strata hops. A smooth body, clean finish and huge fruity notes of citrus zest make for one explosive beer.

I got a crowler of this beer from the brewery whilst in St. Paul for my daughter's wiac gymnastics conference championship. It poured a slightly hazy golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had tropical fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright sweet malt base with bold tropical citrus fruit presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Pours a hazy apricot orange with a thick white head. Spotty lacing. Aroma is faint, a bit of citrus. Flavor is a bit bolder than the nose, citrus and grassy hops. Feel is light with plenty carbonation. Overall, a fair NEIPA.

16oz at the St. Paul Saints game, enjoyed with family. This was the highlight of the beers I tried, very juicy, perfect touch of bitter, fruity and tasty and an enjoyable sipper

12oz can into a Spiegelau glass.
L: Pours bright hazy apricot w/a tall 2.5" rocky off white head. Fair carbonation. Good head retention down to a thin cap. Good sticky lacing & banding.
S: Earthy, wet dog, ripe fruit suggestions, stone fruit, citrus rind, pineapple pith.
T: Lightly bready, subtle fruits, papaya, passion fruit, pineapple, citrus zest, a hint of coconut, a suggestion of sour candy. It is elegantly sweet, lightly pale, fairly clean & overall gently tart.
F: Juicy & smooth, moderately drying & med-bodied mouth feel w/a light linger.
O: Not a complex American IPA. A great tasting & feeling easy drinking beer. It is very good in it's style.
