A: Slight crisp sharpness, light citrus with a very faint wheat aroma.
A: Straw golden color, clear with a small white head of microbubbles with adequate retention. There is light lacing left in the glass.
T: Light grainy wheat flavor with a light citrus note. The beer is crisp with a light hop bitterness and dry finish.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Solid; the beer is clean and crisp – making it easy to drink. However the citrus aroma and flavor is light and since it’s a pale wheat – even fainter wheat character.
