This kettle sour has over 800 lbs of raspberry and black currant puree, giving it a strong berry flavor with a nice tart finish.

Had on tap at Round Table Clubhouse in Citrus Heighta, CA
Appearance - Served up in a 16oz snifter, deep violet in color with a frothy, bright pink head. Dies in fair time to reveal a mostly barren surface with a fair ring encircling the edge of the glass.
Smell - Straight up raspberry juice.
Taste - Very heavy on the raspberry sourness with a bit of sweetness. Really that's about it. Sourness is on par with like a Eureka lemon?
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with bitey carbonation. Goes down easy enough before a dry, acidic finish.
Overall - Good and refreshing, but definitely a one note wonder. All sour raspberry.
