We recently got our hands on some brand new experimental hops: HBC 344 offers lots of earthy, floral and blueberry flavors. We paired it up with Simcoe and Citra to provide a nice tropical west coast hop character.

The beer is a tan yellow gold mix. Somewhat cloudy. Solid white head. Lots of lacing. The aroma is tangerine peel, wildflowers and a lighter blackberry note. Nice crisp, lightly floral hop flavor. No real malt presence. Taste has plenty of hop flavor. Moderate to medium bitterness. Light pale malt. Not terribly juicy but refreshing and a bit spicy. A little bit of mango, orange juice in the finish. Light feel. Refreshing and easy to drink. Solid pale.
