The beer is a yellow tan color. Medium white head, dissipates after a minute. Clouded over. Juicy, sweet apricots in the aroma. Fresh and bright. Mild gentle grain flavor underneath. Taste is dry and a bit washed out. The fruit is mild. A teensy bit of acidity. Mild grain. Maybe a little wheat. Kind of an odd mix of flavors. Apricot skin and simple, dry grain. Light bitterness. Very light feel. Refreshing but it just seems a bit flat.

32 oz. growler poured into a snifter. Hazy yellow body. Smell white head. Smells like buckets of wheat. Pilsner malt? Faint acidity. Tastes of almost all wheat. Some sweetness. Faint tartness in the finish. Low carbonation. Light body. Really unexciting. I can't figure out anything outrageously wrong with it, but this is not very good at all.
