A brand new beer that fills the need for that crisp and flavorful, pleasantly aromatic lite beer. Brewed with pilsner malt and judiciously dry hopped with Galaxy, Galaxy Lite is a modern tasting crushable beverage meant for big, thirst quenching fizzy sips. Lighter than a pale ale, Galaxy Lite is more like a pilsner with a bit more citrus and fruit.

Well I'm not the one adding the beer, but I am donating pro bono this content to this Next Glass owned database. This is your first review of the beer on said website. You're welcome. What goes up, must come down.
Pours a light golden color, good clarity, 1/2" white head into a 1977 National Champions Marquette jersey pint glass. The aroma hits the usual pineapple aroma indicative of the Galaxy hop. There is a light citrus presence that would suggest Citra, but I'm told this is a single hop beer.
The taste and mouthfeel are both easy going affairs. I immediately wished I could score this beer in greater quantities in the summer. Its a total summer banger, lite beer style, but with a heavy amount of Galaxy hops. The system works. Super light malt bill, heavy hops, fyo balance. Full on carbonation. There isn't much in the way of lager yeast to discern, but that's fine, some of the lightest ones are that way.
Definitely seems like a good beer for spicy food. Here come the bastards bury your head.
