Collab w/ Everywhere Beer Co.
Our new WFFs Everywhere Beer Co. are tearing up the SoCal scene with some amazing West Coast IPAs, crisp lagers, and far-out seltzers. We were super excited to have them up to the Bay to create some modern West Coast IPA. West Friends Forever is light on malt and heavy on hopping, bringing some intense citrus and ganja terps and guava thiols from Columbus Cryo, Mosaic, Nelson and Strata.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden straw yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little light lacing.
S: Slightly dank spicy herbal notes, a bit grassy, resinous pine, zesty citrus, underlying exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, crackery malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
T: Resinous, slightly dank herbal notes, spicy pine, big hit of bright zesty citrus takes over, grapefruit, lemon, and a hint of tangerine, followed by a mix of exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, mango, guava, apricot, passion fruit, white grape, gooseberry, blueberry, a hint of lychee, and faint strawberry, held together with saltine crackery malt and just a touch of sweetness.
M: Surprisingly light body, moderately lively carbonation.
O: This one is absolutely wild. Crazy light for 7%, absolutely packed with flavor from a hop combo that works together beautifully. Drinks like a session IPA's valedictorian big brother. Perfect summer IPA.

On tap at Windsor Homebrew in Anaheim, CA. Very pretty. Light gold in hue. Fluffy white head tapers off to a thin ring. Decent retention, very light lacing.
Everything else is just kind of mellow about this one. It’s got a mild dry littering hop note they just goes in the direction of a little bit of grass and orange zest. But very lightly done.
On the lighter side with decent carbonation.
