New York City is known for a lot of things: pizza, sky scrapers, fake Louis Vuitton bags, etc. But when it comes down to picking our favorite strengths of this one of a kind city we choose world class bagels and Hazy DIPA. That’s why we thought it would be super dope to brew a collab DDH DIPA featuring a bagel on the can with our good friends at Other Half, the undisputed champs of the haze. This spin off of their All Citra Everything recipe is baked with a ton of tangy Citra and sprinkled with some spicy Columbus Cryo and dank Galaxy for a tremendous punch that will leave your taste buds rocked like an everything bagel!

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy rich golden amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a firm layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Ripe citrus, tropical and stone fruit, grassy notes, a little spicy resinous pine, faint floral hints, biscuity slightly bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Opens with some green grassy notes, followed by citrus, grapefruit, tangerine, and lime, tropical and stone fruit, mango, peach, passion fruit, pineapple, and a little melon, spicy resinous pine, biscuity bready malt, and caramel sweetness with a little alcohol poking through as it warms.
M: A little on the fuller side of medium body, slightly prickly moderate carbonation, a bit chewy.
O: Dare I say that stylistically this reminds me more of Trillium than Other Half, especially with that hit of Columbus. For that style, it's good, but I'm not crazy about how the green resinous side make it feel a bit rougher around the edges. Still glad I tried it though.

Wow.
Apricot to gold in hue. Opaque. Fluffy white head but settles fairly quickly. Light retention. Scattered clumps of lacing.
Nose pops with green grass, citrus zest, mango, apricot, peach over a smooth crackery malt base.
Flavor follows the nose faithfully with mango, orange rind, peach, and a candied orange leading off. Then some gristy, lightly sweet malt note.
Mouthfeel is fluffy with a lively carbonation. Medium body with a smooth, generally tropical, bitterness on the end.
