We had the distinct pleasure of teaming up with Henry and Adriana from Monkish in Torrance, CA to bring Bay Area drinkers some delightful juice bombs. Kick Routines is all about utilizing the unique hopping methods Monkish applies in their haze to really push as much fruit out of the hops as possible while maintaining a restrained bitterness. We applied Citra T90s, Citra Cryo, a new favorite hop Nectaron, and the ever classic Centennial to create a bright and potent hop combo. Kick Routines evokes notes of freshly sliced pixie mandarins with a dash of Meyer lemon zest and a juicy Flavor Crest peach on the side.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a light layer and laces quite nicely.
S: Juicy tropical and stone fruit, ripe citrus, grassy resinous notes, slightly bready biscuity malt, and caramel honey sweetness.
T: Lively tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, peach, apricot, and a hint of melon, ripe citrus, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, and lime, grassy resinous notes, faint floral hints, biscuity bready malt, and caramel honey sweetness.
M: Medium body, slightly prickly moderate carbonation, soft on the plate.
O: Super smooth, finishes pretty clean with very minimal lingering bitterness. Really solid collab.
