Growler from the brewery. Excellent balance between the malt and the saison hops/yeast flavors.

Growler from the brewery.
Pours black, just a thin layer of off white colored head. Head fades fast though. The dark malt provides just a bit of roasty flavor, a bit of espresso or bitter cocoa, but not so much that it hides the Belgian yeast profile. Nice balance, on the drier side. Medium body, lowe r carbonation. Overall a nice beern
