From a 12 oz can in a snifter via Buehler's in Wooster Ohio. This solid
pale ale pours a beautiful luminous red tinged amber with a nice head of
white foam that subsides to a thick ring, thin wispy pooling layer, and
features nice light sudsy lacing. Nose of herbal hops, sweet caramel malts,
and touches of pine. Flavors follow the nose with aplomb featuring a
lightly toasted caramel malt, zesty pine and herbal hop notes
that are well balanced to the malt. Very nice mouth feel; low carbonation,
lightly sticky, medium body, and a hop touched sweet finish.
Overall this is a solid pale for those who like BALANCE.
