Poured a copper body with one finger head and a lace ring down the glass. Aroma is full of citric hops and not much else. Smooth-gliding and light bodied beer which is nice change of pace for a higher ABV beer; mostly a crisp citric bite but there are notes of grapefruit sweetness and some caramel malt sweetness. This beer, compared to their other DIPA the (overrated in my opinion) Jet Noise, seems to be more than just a bunch of hops thrown together and there is some balance and symmetry to the hops/malts and flavor profile. Still a little dry/bitter/grainy at times but overall a good beer.

Similar to an Arrogant Bastard as far as the aroma and hop profile, but diacetyl definitely present, some potential there though. Jet Noise is superior
