Moderate bitterness to counter balance the slightest toasty sweetness. Floral and earthy aromas abound from the use of noble hop Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Inspired by the classic Bavarian Schwartzbier (Black Beer), our Black Lager is complete with dry finish, malty sweetness and soft body for extreme crush ability. You only live once! Don’t get caught sleeping forever on this decadent dark lager.

Poured a black body with minimal head and lace. Grassy aroma with a bit of toasted malt in there as well. Smooth body yet has that bitter dryness from a grassy, earthy hoppiness as well as roasted malt presence that led to a dry finish. Not a complex or flavorful beer but it hit a couple notes, and hit them strong, and I enjoyed relaxing with it.
