So the owner tells me Jody in the military refers to the guy your wife is cheating on you with you're deployed, no idea why they would to name a beer that except for laughs, but a slightly darker than expected, slightly bitter, dry finishing amber

Poured a clear ruby red/copper body with one finger tan head that left lace ring down glass. Mixed aroma of bread and caramel malts mixing with bitter hops. A less hoppy, more malt forward amber as the bread malt aspects give beer a full body and caramel malt lends beer a sweetness. Beer is not too sweet and has a dry finish which is nice counterpoint to sweetness of beer thanks to bitter citric hops.
