L - Pours a lovely, opaque violet hue.
S - The smell has some floral notes, but is dominated by lactic acid. It is quite lovely but I wish the hibiscus was more present on the nose.
T - The taste is assertively tart. Nearly all residual sugar from the fruit has fermented to acid, but the tartness is nicely counterbalanced with the hibiscus. The sour is distinctly unripened plum as well, so the beer does have nice character.
F - Has a surprising amount of body for a kettle sour, quite nice.
O - Would recommend in a heartbeat to sour lovers in VA

Purple hue on the pour, minimum tartness evident on the nose. Plum isn't going to be a dominant flavor, but in this case it is completely overshadowed by too much hibiscus. A bit of a mess
