The name comes from seeing the cows 'totter' slightly after smelling the aromas from the Copper! A flavoursome amber ale brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malt with Fuggles and Challenger hops.

Poured from a bottles. a one inch which disappeared after a few minutes. Colour is dark amber.
Citrus, hoppy smell smell.
Initial taste is bitter slightly citrusy which leads onto a sweet caramel finish.Makes feel is smooth and fairly carbonated.Overall a good refreshing bitter. Will buy several again.
