The color is light yellow and cloudy. Let’s get to what really matters. Taste: Mosaic for sure. First taste gives you an intense taste of malts. Then it quickly mellows out to a clean referencing dry fruit finish. Very good if you like a rush of flavors that mellow out to a relaxing feel.

16 oz. can from Trader Joe's in Tustin. Medium light yellow color, slightly hazy, with a thin white head. Pineapple and orange aromas with a bit of a sting somehow. The orange flavor comes out strong along with tangerines, pineapple and peaches. Despite the obvious fruitiness here, the sweetness is tame and held in check by a good pine and citrus pith bitterness. The body is quite light which I didn't expect given the aroma and ABV. Finishes clean with a lasting citrus bitterness on the tongue. Great, easy drinking WC IPA.

Nice well defined hops aroma. Clear enough to be characterized..
Nice clean hops taste, follows aroma, some persistence
Has glass appeal. Clear slightly tawny gold, irregular head, some lacing
Subtle carbonation, easy drnking
Canned on 4 June 24
Worthy of your consideration

Can dated 6/04/24. Consumed 10 days later from a large pinot noir glass. (The bowl is perfect for concentrating aroma). Short lived head, clear light yellow liquid that does not suggest any kind of flavor bomb… and is not. The flavor compensates for the lack of impressive other traits, though. Not overly bitter. mostly citrus on nose and taste, the merest hint of stonefruit. A bit on the thin side regarding body.

Handsome clear pale amber brew with long-lasting foam in the Faust Weizen glass. Sudsy and sharp in the mouth. Aroma of apricot and pine. Some pleasant malty sweetness with a green fruit finish. Quite a bitter aftertaste as the aromatics leak away. Hops are listed as Simcoe and Mosaic and rated at 75 IBUs. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea's. No date.

Just a solid classic tasting west coast IPA. Very crisp and refreshing, medium carbonation, well balanced hop to malt ratio (definitely leaning more on hop, but not too bitter). Smells nice but not getting anything strong/notable worth reporting. Respectable lacing. Earthy, grassy and piney but not overdoing it. I typically enjoy the combo of Simcoe and Mosaic, this beer executes the pairing well. Really solid, not amazing though. Reminds me of Stone IPA with a little more complexity.
