On tap at the brewery's gastropub on Mainstreet.
Appearance. Clear, honey colored body with a thin, weak white head.
This has a fine floral and spicy aroma. The mouthfeel and flavor leave this feeling like it is over the 7.5% ABV, and seemingly higher ABV than their 8.4% ABV Belgian Strong.

Pours a dark gold-copper color with a foamy white head that lasts quite a while. Aroma of apples and pears. Flavor is apples and banana. Slightly bitter.

A - Clear dark gold-copper body, white head with a persistent thin line around the edge, minimal lacing.
S - Fruity yeast nose, apples and pears, bit of wine and grain.
T - The flavor is bright apple skins, bananas, bubble gum. Close is mildly bitter, adding some minerality, tea elements.
M - Feel is light and brisk. Some drying in the close.
O - Delicious, with a lot to delve into. Fruit notes a plenty, and an exceptionally easy feel.

An excellent tripel. Funky, just like Belgium.

Had a growler of this one last summer, had a chance this year to have one at the pub as part of a flight. Pours a clear champagne color with active carbonation and a nice ring of foam. Lots of Belgian yeast esters and spices on this one, Stormcloud knows their styles and has them down cold. Sweet and spicy (not hot, but y'know, spice).
