32oz crowler from Dottie (mid-Dec). Poured into pint glass.
Pour: dark brown with a hint of rouge. Huge, pillowy, tan head. Thick ring, lots of clouds and some lacing. Really nice. 4.25
Nose: faint citrus hops, caramel. 3.5
Taste: grapefruit, orange, caramel, deep roast malt. Nicely balanced, hops I’ve some punch but backed by plenty of malt. Really enjoyable. 4.25
Feel: moderate carbonation, clean feeling but some thickness. Easy drinking. 3.75
Overall: looks great, tastes really good, easy to drink. Would definitely buy/try again. 4.0

Dark black-brown body, lots of tan lacing. Strong hop nose and flavor. Pine and mint. Bitter kick in the close. Strong and lingering. A fine black IPA.

Very nice but not as hoppy as I would expect for a black IPA. Enjoying on tap at Stormcloud. Good month feel
