An unadulterated version of our base mixed culture Foeder-aged Kveik ale. We normally use this base to add various fruits or dry hops. Occasionally, we keg some up straight out of the foeder - we think it's delicious all on its own.

Straight out of the foeder where some Brettanomyces must have been present because this beer has a character of barnyard that I associate with this culture. Great beer!
