Dried apricot, sweet butter scotch, bitter citrus and pistachio aromas. Full flavoured, hoppy, refreshing and balanced on the palate. The bitterness is well integrated in true Belgian style with a pleasant kick in the end.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 6.6%. Hazy pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Nice aroma of spicy saison yeast. Citric mouthfeel. The flavour is medium dry, with distinct notes of bittering hops and spicy saison yeast. A slight fruitiness with hints of apricots and grapefruit.

330ml bottle.
L: Hazy, yellow colour with a thick white head that collapses to a ring leaving lots of spotty lacing.
S: Spicy Belgian yeast and piney hops.
T: Lemon pith and pineapple rind with a long, dry, herbal aftertaste.
F: Medium/light body with moderate bitterness that gives the tongue a bit of a tweak. Dries the roof of the mouth but is not astringent.
O: Refreshing Belgian-style ale with an American hop profile that adds interest but isn’t overpowering. Subtly strong.

330ml bottle from Beer52:
An enjoyable first beer for me from Six°North, fresh & lively with saison like qualities & a nice balance. There was nice Belgian yeast & funky flavours alongside background fruits & citrus flavours with a subtle bitterness towards the end; good stuff & one I wouldn't mind picking up again.

Bright and vibrant beer, with a spicey almost saison flavor, typical Belgian style carbonation, and a mild hop to be expected from an IPA. In truth I would like to see more hop, but in all a very nice ale for a warm summer day, perhaps eaten with an olive tapenade.
