Ligh nice beer. Very easy to drink, with rich aftertaste. Some comments remark on the head and carbonation. I could give it a 10 out of 10 on carbonation. Just right.

330ml bottle.
L: Minimal haze, pale gold with a thin, short-lived head.
S: Orange zest & yeast.
T: Dusty, lemony, Belgian yeast plus coriander and orange. Nicely tart finish.
F: Moderate carbonation but body is way too light.
O: Poor appearance and thin mouthfeel ruin an otherwise quite tasty Belgian-style wit.

330mL bottle poured into straight glass.
Hazy yellow colour with medium to heavy fizz with thin 1cm head. Looks like suds on top of a bath.
Big hit of citrus on the tongue, quite a sour beer in general, tiny bit of spice to lurking in the background.
These is a decent Witbier, and certainly better than most other examples I have tried recently.
Good job.

330ml bottle from Aldi supermarket, Scotland:
An okay offering from Six°North but a disappointment when compared to their Hop Classic. Both the nose & taste were weak with this one, there wasn't enough variety & seemed boring at times. The light sourness & funk touches helped mix things up a little at times but there wasn't enough going on with this beer for my liking & I don't imagine it's one that I'd go back to again sadly.
