Small batch as part of the unicorn series. Ageing our honey infused Belgian style tripel in 1st fill Jim Beam bourbon barrels for 12 months. Floral heather mingles with spice and rich honey with distinctive warming bourbon finish.

330ml can. A delightful, boozy but smooth sipper. Big, big bourbon notes. Hot and alcoholic but ever so smooth. Do not drink cold! Aroma, flavour and body all mellow beautifully as the beer reaches room temperature. The harsh edges temper and the silken mouthfeel emerges.
