Poured a light golden yellow color in a Spiegelau glass with a 3F head which quickly resolved itself.
Excellent pungent fruit aroma, with floral notes.
The taste is also very fruity- and different than New England IPAs. There is citrus associated with West coast hops and Australian hops. N.E. IPAs are usually more piney, and grapefruit.
The finish is crisp, spicey and hoppy.
I was expecting a different style IPA, but I was pleasantly surprised. There is a definitely the taste/aroma found in Australian hops. Overall, an excellent IPA and worth checking out.

looks like they attempted to put a date on there but it's completely illegible.
Pours a nice creamy frothy 1+ finger head that fades at a med to slower pace, some frothy lacing, super murky hazy milk shake iced tea brown color. Head was nice but color is scary.
Nose thankfully redeems it, great farmhouse, it's farmhouse funk first and IPA second. Little bready grainy cracker malt, doughy funky farmhouse yeast uh funk, with floral spices, flowery aromas, mild fruity esters and hints of appley phenols. Mild but nice hops, floral grassy slight spicy hops bring a nice compliment to the farmhouse funk, and a touch of lemongrass and citrus peel.
Taste brings more farmhouse funk, saison flavors but that's a bit overpowered by lemon peel and spicy bitter astringent hops. Background brings mild saison spices, floral and flowery, mild cracker doughy yeast, and a touch of farmhouse funk. Grassy notes with lemongrass, then into bitter lemon rind and pith, with big bitter spicy chewy hops, astringent and overpowering, briny like hops. Finish is dry but a touch sticky, tons of lingering astringent spicy chewy briny hops with mild lemon peel.
Mouth is med bod with nice fluffy carb.
Overall mixed, great nose as the farmhouse really comes through and the hops compliment it, but flavor the farmhouse gets smashed by the crazy astringent spicy bitter hops. towards the bottom of the glass/bottle it becomes almost undrinkable, like drinking hop sludge at the bottom of the boil kettle after cold break.
