The beer poured with a very little and quickly dissipating head, leaving a small ring of champagne-colored foam around the glass. A strong effervescence streaming up out of opaque orange, caramely, tarnished brass color liquid. BB 09-07. Hardly any head comming up on this brew. Nice apricotbrown beercolor; quiet clear.
Smell is good, very flowery, carramellic also with hint of honey. Clean nose and "not to crazy wild guys" been on this one but very fresh nose. Taste is litle sour though but in harmony with the rest of the brew. Maltyness there as also litle sweetness and lots of fruity notes mostle cherrie, apricot. Good and not too bitter aftertaste makes this to an enjoyable brew. But be awere; biere artisinale!
