A strong effervescence streaming up out of opaque orange, caramely, tarnished brass color liquid. I smelled bakery aromas of yeast, burned and caramelized toast, medicinal eucalyptus, some peach and pear type fruits. The flavor was of suprisingly coppery hops, black tea, a little vanilla and caramel, a touch of grapefruit. The mouthfeel was even more surprising, thin and astringent. BB 09-07. Hardly any head comming up on this brew. Nice apricotbrown beercolor; quiet clear.
Smell is good, very flowery, carramellic also with hint of honey. Clean nose and "not to crazy wild guys" been on this one but very fresh nose. Taste is litle sour though but in harmony with the rest of the brew. Maltyness there as also litle sweetness and lots of fruity notes mostle cherrie, apricot. Good and not too bitter aftertaste makes this to an enjoyable brew. But be awere; biere artisinale!
