FOUDRE CONDITIONED FARMHOUSE SAISON
We kidnapped a Saison, held it hostage for several months in our Foudre, letting it sit & condition on Brettanomyces. The more time passed the more it started to like us. It rewarded us by tasting delicious. Stockholm Syndrome can be a beautiful thing.

5 oz globe snifter sample poured at the brewery taproom (visited 29-May-17). Hazy lemon yellow, whispy white foam. Horse blanket aroma and fresh lemonade. Taste of lemon zest, slight banana, mild spice and yeasty sourdough bread. Light to medium body with moderately lively carbonation.
