White film over cloudy champagne head that sheets.
Lemon zest and funk nose.
Saltines, lemon zest, fresh yeasty tang, bits of clovey phenols, and a mild spice end.
Cidery finish and dry linger.
Crisp, light, soft.
Light and summery end of saisons. Clean and citrussy - a bit too lemony, if anything. But pleasant and easy.
